What's the cost?
We understand that computing and IT is a very competitive market, so we've opted to try and keep a happy medium in quality and price. We try to be fair in our pricing to maximise value for money.
Home Call Out
Most of our work will be carried out on site, which means we will come to you and do what we do best. A call out costs £10 per visit, after that our rate starts at £40 an hour for the first two hours and then drops to £20 an hour for the next two. If the work exceeds 4 hours, our hourly rate drops to £15 an hour.
For a PC Build
For a PC build, we will charge you for 95% of the parts, and add a build fee on top of that. The build fee will depend on the specification of the computer.
Networking and Server Set up
Networking and Server Setup are charged on a case by case basis, depending on the size of your network, the equipment needed setting up and the amount of time needed, don't be scared though, we will quote you beforehand so you have a rough idea.
